AnvSoft Movie DVD Maker is an easy to use application that lets you create home DVD movies with the clips in the hard drive of your computer, it also lets you capture video from your DV Camcoder connected to an IEEE 1394 port.
Features of this application include the ability to trim video clips (set start and end points to add only a clip or segment of a video), select menu background from a group of templates, add music background to a video list, and add transitions to the videos (fade in, fade out horizontally, vertically, etc.).
Supported formats as input: AVI, Divx AVI, VOB, MOV, WMV, ASF, RM/RMVB, Raw videos from DV.
Supported outputs: DVD, SVCD, ISO image file.
This application presents a very nice graphic user interface that works with 3 basic steps: first add clips, then edit menu, and finally configure output settings and burn DVD. Additionally you can edit video and add effects. I liked this program and recommend it to those who want to create DVD discs with the videos in their computer and reproduce them on their home or car DVD player.
